The Story of INDANI

The name Indani is derived from Indabo (flowers) and Inyoni (birds) – symbols of growth, movement, and life. It reflects our approach to real estate: creating and managing spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and enduring.

Indani Estates focuses on how a place works over time. How it is designed, maintained, and experienced day to day. We believe that strong design and structured management must work together to create properties that remain relevant, efficient, and valuable.

Our Founders

Eloi & Emilia are the heart behind Indani Estates – partners in life and vision, united by a shared belief that spaces should not only serve, but speak. Their story is one of complementary worlds converging into a single philosophy of design and living.

Eloi Ntsinzi built his foundation in the world of luxury hospitality and sales, representing one of Africa’s most exclusive brands, O ne&Only Resorts. There, he mastered the art of understanding people .- their desires, habits, and the subtle language of luxury. A graduate of Les Roches Global Hospitality Management School, with an Executive MBA, Eloi brings a rare combination of service excellence, business acumen, and market intuition. His approach to real estate blends this global perspective with deep local insight, shaping Indani’s presence in Rwanda’s high-end property market.

Emilia Hagenmüller, with a background in property management for a leading real estate investment company in Kigali, brings structure, and a creative spirit rooted in German precision and Rwandan warmth. Having worked across luxury hospitality, commercial real estate management, and creative concept development, she translates emotion into design.

Together, they embody what Indani stands for: A partnership of vision and detail, of market understanding and creative depth. Their combined experience allows the firm to approach real estate with both strategic clarity and operational discipline – managing and representing properties with care, structure, and integrity.
