Welcome to Indani Estates. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and all related offerings provided by Indani Estates (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Indani Estates provides property management, interior and architectural design, property marketing & sales, and related professional services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in separate proposals, engagement letters, or contracts agreed between you and Indani Estates.
No contract for services is formed until we have provided a written proposal or engagement agreement and you have accepted it (by signature, email confirmation, or other agreed means). These Terms apply to all proposals and agreements unless explicitly varied in writing.

If you request changes beyond the agreed scope, we will provide a variation proposal detailing additional costs and timeline impacts. Work will proceed only after your acceptance.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination clause in the specific engagement agreement. On termination you will pay for services performed and costs incurred up to the termination date. Termination does not relieve either party from liabilities incurred prior to termination.
Unless otherwise agreed, Indani Estates retains ownership of intellectual property rights in designs, drawings, concepts, proposals, and materials created by us.
On full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the project specified in the agreement.
You must not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials beyond the agreed project without prior written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. Confidential information may only be used to perform the services. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.
We strive for the highest standards of professional care. Where we provide advice or designs, we warrant that we will exercise reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly set out in the engagement agreement, all other warranties (express or implied) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold Indani Estates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of deliverables, or negligent acts in connection with the project.
Our website or services may reference third-party products, suppliers, or links. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third parties. Engagements with third parties are subject to separate terms between you and that third party.
We collect and process personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services you consent to such processing for the purposes of providing the services and complying with legal obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
