Eloi Ntsinzi built his foundation in luxury hospitality and sales, representing one of Africa’s most exclusive brands – One&Only Resorts. There, he mastered the art of understanding people: Their needs, aspirations, and what makes an experience feel truly exceptional.
A graduate of Les Roches Global Hospitality Management School with an Executive MBA, Eloi blends service excellence with strategic business insight. His years in high-end hospitality shaped his approach to real estate – attentive, detail-oriented, and focused on creating value that lasts.
Today, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Indani Estates, Eloi leads property brokerage and client relations.
He is known for his ability to connect people to the right opportunities, negotiating with professionalism and calm precision. His understanding of the luxury market – both local and international – helps position Indani as a trusted partner for discerning buyers, investors, and developers.
Alongside his partner in life and business, Emilia, Eloi brings balance and shared vision to the company. Their skills complement each other naturally: Emilia’s structural and creative eye pairs seamlessly with Eloi’s relational strength and sales expertise. Together, they’ve built Indani on shared values of integrity, transparency, and purpose – principles that also define their family life.
Outside of work, Eloi is a devoted father to one son and soon, a daughter. Family grounds his approach to business – steady, thoughtful, and always with the long view in mind.
